How do I Book with Abaunza Photography

Booking Process

We've simplified the scheduling process with our intuitive online booking system available 24/7. You can now reserve your photoshoot, engagement, or marriage proposal hassle-free with major credit/debit cards.

For photoshoots from 30 minutes - 2 hours, we require full payment to secure your spot, ensuring your date and time are exclusively reserved for you.

For weddings and social events, a 30% deposit is required to secure your preferred date. Once confirmed, we'll provide an invoice and signed contract for your convenience. You'll also get your photographer's contact information.

What are your rates and availability for my preferred date(s)?

For elaborate events like weddings, or social events contact us. Share your date, time, photography coverage needs, and shoot ideas to help us create the perfect memories. Our wedding collections range from $799-$4499. Share your wedding details with us for a personalized experience, including location, coverage duration, budget, guest count, second shooter, videography, and customized album interests.

How many photos do I get? Can I have them all?

The number of edited images you receive depends on the photography package you choose. More coverage means more images. For weddings and events, you can add an a Second Photographer option to get more images from all angles. You'll receive the best images that the package you selected included; hand-picked and curated for our editing team. You can also purchase for a modest fee, all unedited images after your photoshoot. All edited images are high-resolution, watermark-free, and printable on various materials. You can download and print them at a local lab.

What if I arrive late for my photoshoot?

We know that Miami can be a bustling city, and life can be unpredictable. As we ensure our photographers arrive on time, we kindly ask for your punctuality too. To guarantee availability and preparation for each booking, we have a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled start time. Should you arrive later, we won't extend coverage. We value your time and ours and want to provide the best service possible.

What if is rains?

At our studio, we've got your back when it comes to unpredictable weather. We'll adjust the schedule and even switch dates, subject to availability, to keep your photo shoot on track. Please keep in mind that during peak seasons and holidays, rescheduling may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to capturing your special day.

What is your cancellation policy?

As a premier Miami photography studio, we understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. From cancelled flights to health issues, we've seen it all. That's why we offer an unparalleled cancellation policy to give you peace of mind when booking with us. For all Miami-based photo sessions (excluding weddings and proposal planning), we offer an unconditional 100% cancellation guarantee up to 7 days before the scheduled start of your shoot. If you cancel within 7 days or do not show up for your scheduled shoot without giving us 7 days written notice, 100% of the deposit becomes a non-refundable retainer. However, we're always happy to help you reschedule (when possible) or provide a 1-year credit towards a future visit to Miami.

How does your money-back Guarranty work?

Our promise is straightforward: your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your experience or photos, we didn't do a good job and don't want your money. Please don't hesitate to contact us immediately for a full refund. Here are three essential points to keep in mind:

* All photos in your proofing gallery will remain watermarked until you request us to edit your favorite pictures. Once we begin editing, refunds are no longer available.

* No refund is possible once you download any photos from your proofing gallery.

* Our refund policy applies only to Miami-based photoshoots. Proposal and wedding planning, event photography (weddings, corporate parties, etc.), and shoots outside of Miami are excluded from partial or full refunds.

What are my editing options?

Our editing process is designed to bring out the beauty of your photographs, just as you see them on our website and social media. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all presets - each of your pictures is custom-edited with love to ensure they look stunning. Here's what you can expect from our Classic Edit, included in every photography package:

* Adjustments to exposure, sharpness, contrast, and highlights
* Beautiful cropping for composition
* Removal of blemishes, scars, moles, and stains from outfits (where possible)
* Horizontal and vertical rotation for geometrical elements
* Enhanced color and vibrancy
* Optional skin smoothing

Upgrade to our Premium Edit for all of the above plus:

* Removal of wallets, phones, and outfit indentations from pockets
* Smoothing or reshaping of wrinkles in outfits, including shirts, jackets, gowns, and pants
* Removal of distracting elements such as other people or trash (where possible)

Or go for our Artistic Edit for everything from the Premium Edit, plus:

* Fundamental alterations to the original image, such as adding a more flattering sky
* Cloning a body part, such as eyes, from one photo to another (useful when you love a shot but one of you has their eyes shut)

I misplaced my Miami photos. Can you re-send them to me?

At our studio, we understand the importance of preserving your precious memories. We recommend that you download and make multiple copies of your edited photos both online and offline, as soon as possible. While we archive almost all shoots, please note that we contractually guarantee to keep your pictures for only one calendar year after they were delivered to you. If you need us to retrieve them from our archives after one year, we charge a fee of $150usd. To ensure that your memories are safe, please download and make multiple copies of your photos as soon as possible, so that you can cherish them for a lifetime.
